Esra Çengel is a PhD candidate in International Relations at Middle East Technical University. Her research is focused on the historical construction of the US-Turkey relations. She has published her research work in the format of journal articles and contributions to edited volumes. Her work on religious nationalism has recently been accepted for publication in the Nationalities Papers.
