OKTAY TANRISEVER

Oktay Tanrısever is a professor of international relations at Middle East Technical University. His research has focused on transnational security issues of migration, terrorism and cyber space; energy, water and environmental diplomacy; regional security and peace-building in Eastern Europe, Eurasia and Asia; and international negotiation.
